Are you familiar with the handling and mounting of the rechargeable battery? Before you set off for the first time, check whether the battery is properly mounted, that it has engaged audibly and that it is locked (b).

Be sure to use your GRANVILLE pedelec only for its intended purpose, as it may otherwise not withstand the stress and fail. Risk of falling!
When mounting your GRANVILLE pedelec, make sure not to step on the pedals until you sit in the saddle and grip the handlebars tightly, and that one pedal is at the lowest position when you get on (e). The motor assistance might switch on suddenly and result in an uncontrolled start of your GRANVILLE pedelec. Risk of falling!
